Have you ever wondered why you operate the way you do? Or why you approach different scenarios they way you do, or draw certain conclusions in situations? You may utilize one side of your brain more than others. Or you can be a rare case, like myself, who is almost ambi-brained (like ambidextrous- I made this word up lol), where you utilize both sides of your brain equally to reach conclusions and address situations ! Albert Einstein was like this too.

According to HeyWise.com your brain has two hemispheres that control separate processes and personality traits. If you are an analytical and methodical thinker, then it is likely that your left brain hemisphere is dominant. People with dominant left hemispheres are usually fact- and detail-orientated. Does that sound like you? If it doesn’t, perhaps you are right-brained. Those with dominant right hemispheres are usually more creative, artistic, and free-thinking. Right-brained people also tend to look at the bigger picture and listen to their intuition more. If you’re reading this and thinking you can identify with both right-brained and left-brained characteristics, maybe you fall somewhere in the middle. Some people find that they have an equal balance of all of these traits, which might mean the right and left sides of their brain share in the heavy lifting.

HVRC presents the 30 Day Gratitude Meditation Challenge

Highest Risings Everyone! 

This 30 Day Gratitude Meditation Challenge is the second official challenge brought to you by Higher Vibration Remedies Co.

For the month of October I decided to transition from Abundance into Gratitude as the two go hand in hand on the journey to both raise our vibration and elevate our frequency to attract the life and things we desire.

Gratitude is the act of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Abundance is a by-product of gratitude, as you can see from last month’s Abundance Meditation Challenge!

While you mindfully meditate during this 30 challenge to express thanks and gratitude, please be sure to release feelings of lack, doubt and desperation, and intentionally breathe in GRATITUDE, and exhale ABUNDANCE. This will activate the winds of change to blow in your favor.

Light a joint or candle, some incense, rub your OG Healing Salve on your body, drink an infused tea from the apothecary to set the vibe and prepare for ascension. 

You may choose to do a 10, 20 or 30 minute meditation. You may also go longer if it feels right! Please keep a journal close by if you feel led to take notes!
